I really enjoyed beautifully decorated room in this hotel.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was separate. This was a magnificent location really close to center of guanajuato in quiet neighbourhood and Amazing Guanajuato and the main square in the historical center.

The hotel is recently refurbished and stunningly beautiful and has absolutely excellent staff. Incredibly comfortable, spotless room with a private bathroom and a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and towels. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Amazing very central location, not far from the famous places and the center of town and the main square in the historical center.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a coffeemaker, a seating area, and an ironing set. Fantastic location and overall the staff was very very helpful and absolutely excellent. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Zones y & Z bus stop.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Everyone was very helpful and absolutely excellent as well as owner. Units with a great atmosphere. The location turned out to be excellent. Also, main attraction such as Broadway was 2 miles from this hotel.

the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions in the Centro. the owner, Roberto, was incredibly helpful and even met us at a designated location to escort us to the Casa. the interior of the Casa was immaculate, and our room had a great view of the colorful houses and the statue of El Pipila. the staff, especially Guillermina, were friendly and helpful. Casa Tepozanes provided us with a convenient and enjoyable experience in Guanajuato. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming casa in a local neighborhood. The Mexican art and theme added a unique touch, making it feel more like a home than a generic hotel. The owner greeted us warmly and the place was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. Being away from the tourist areas gave us a true sense of being a local and the view was amazing. The cozy and comfortable room was perfect for our needs, and having an ensuite bathroom was a bonus. The owner even provided us with a helpful city map and gave great recommendations for sightseeing. The unexpected daily breakfast was a nice touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks like some uphill walking and a small bathroom, our overall experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this casa for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

Casa Tepozanes was definitely worth the money! The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy with a nice view. The location was super convenient, just a few meters away from the historic center. The staff, especially Mr. Roberto, was extremely friendly, always going above and beyond to help us. We felt truly at home in this wonderful place.

For breakfast, it would be great to have some more variety in the food options.

We had an excellent stay at Casa Tepozanes! the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always there to assist with any questions or tour requests we had. the small breakfast provided was delicious, with fresh fruits and juice. the rooms were cosy and very clean, with a gorgeous view of the city from our room. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for enjoying the view and starting the day with some morning yoga. Casa Tepozanes exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. Totally recommendable!

Even though our reservation didn't include breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised to find delicious breakfast served every morning in the living area. the location of the home was very convenient, just a short walk into town. the staff, especially Guillermina, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more - it was a delightful experience. Cons: Nothing for me. 🌟.
